The management and operations is led by Dato’ Dr Nelson Renganathan. This arrangement augurs well for the future development of the institution. Having secured all the requisite government approvals, the college is set for a period of dynamic growth.

Dato' Dr Nelson Renganathan, Executive Chairman
Dato' Nelson Renganathan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hull (UK) and a Doctor of Philosophy degree majoring in Human Behaviour from La Jolla University, San Diego (USA). He has more than 15 years of experience in college administration and has lectured on many subjects at undergraduate and post-graduate level and conducted training in all areas of management for several major corporations and professional bodies. For his contributions in the field of private education and training he was awarded the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang, which carries the title 'Dato' by His Royal Majesty, the Sultan of Pahang, in October 1996. In addition to teaching, Dato' Nelson is in charge of the overall management and strategic direction of the College.

Aiedah Abdul Khalek, Chief Executive Officer
Aiedah had been with Kolej Regions for three years as administrative manager. She has a degree in Islamic Revealed Knowledge (minor in Political Science) from International Islamic University, Malaysia and a Master in Syariah (major in Politics) from Universiti Malaya. Aiedah has taught in several private education institutions and is well versed with Malaysian Private Education Rules and Regulations. This knowledge and her excellent relations with the Ministry of Education officials are a valuable asset to the organization.

Patrick Fernandez, Vice President - Marketing & Development
Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph College, India and Diploma in Applied Sciences. He was a Deputy Divisional Manager with an international publication house for many years and has worked in the advertising and marketing environments before his involvement in private education. Patrick is in charge of advertising and promotions, marketing and development.

Sukumar Vadivelu, Programme Manager
Sukumar has a Master in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle, Australia. Sukumar brings to Kolej Regions much experience in teaching and administration which he gained at various private educational centres. His experience in training and marketing is an added advantage.
